Ensuring a proper Vehicle Maintenance Programme is set-up and in place; all vehicles and trailers are serviced and inspected at appropriate intervals.
Driver Defect Reporting system in place and working.
Drivers Hours Rules and Regulations followed by all drivers, ensuring both Analogue and Digital Tachographs are downloaded within specified period.
Analysis of Tachograph data to ensure all drivers are working within the regulations and issuing of infringement letters to those contravening regulations.
Working Time Directive (as above).
Driver CPC Management.
LGV Driver Licence Checks and Ensuring Regular Medical Checks are performed in line with current guidelines and regulations.
All record keeping relating to vehicles, trailers and drivers as required by 'O' licencing regulations and VOSA.
MOT and RFT renewals.
